She is experienced in project management, bonding insurance communication; billing, accounting, and banking; marketing and business development; contract administration; and technical writing.
Michael F. Grandjean, Vice President
Skills gained from over 20 years in various positions, ranging from a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy, to a project manager and cost estimator, to a president and general manager of a full-service general/demolition contractor and full service asbestos/lead/mold abatement company comprise Mr. Grandjean’s professional background. Highlights of Mr. Grandjean’s experience include project management, contract procurement; marketing and business development; project and administrative management; conducting on-site Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs), and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections; industrial hygiene; surveying and cost estimating; asbestos/lead monitoring, testing, and abatement; technical writing; and construction project management.
Michael Nieman, Environmental Division Manager
Mr. Nieman has more than 15 years of diverse project experience in a construction project environment, including project and division management; office administration; regulatory compliance; contract administration; workforce and process development; asbestos removal and abatement; surveying and cost estimating; accounting; and marketing and business development.
Shawn M. Spitzer, Health and Safety Manager
Mr. Spitzer has a technical background exceeding 10 years. His diverse work experience includes health and safety inspections; project management and field crew supervision; fieldwork; job scheduling; asbestos surveying and sampling; environmental site assessments; air quality monitoring and sampling; residential construction; technical and heavy equipment operation and maintenance; and technical report writing.
Jeremiah Ash, Construction Division Manager
Mr. Ash has successful management and direction experience exceeding ten years, for more than 40 construction projects and has shown proven leadership in construction, contract management, project management, Primavera scheduling, and cost estimating for high-quality civil, commercial, and residential construction projects.
Rebecca McQueen, Accounting Division Manager
Ms. McQueen has more than 33 years experience as a comptroller. Her areas of expertise include full-charge bookkeeping; tax preparation and job reporting; financial statement preparation; accounts payable/receivable; payroll preparation; year-end processing; collections; proficiency with use and implementation of various accounting softwares; staff supervision; and customer service.
Kathleen Truett, Human Resources & Administrative Services Division Manager
Ms. Kathleen Truett has over 21 years managing Human Resources activities which include her tenure with the University of New Mexico and several positions in the construction field. Her experience includes managing complex issues involving multi-location and multi-state entities, employee relations and benefits, as well as federal and state regulations. Her diverse background includes over 16 years of successful business management 6 of which were in the construction industry.
