Ms. Cornay is an entrepreneur with a diverse background spanning more than 22 years, including management of a construction company; administrative office management; and a career as an educator. She is experienced in project management, bonding insurance communication; billing, accounting, and banking; marketing and business development; contract administration; and technical writing.
Michael F. Grandjean, Executive Vice President & COO
Skills gained from over 20 years in various positions, ranging from a hospital corpsman in the U.S. Navy, to a project manager and cost estimator, to a president and general manager of a full-service general/demolition contractor and full service asbestos/lead/mold abatement company comprise Mr. Grandjean’s professional background. Highlights of Mr. Grandjean’s experience include project management, contract procurement; marketing and business development; project and administrative management; conducting on-site Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA), National Emissions Standards for Hazardous Air Pollutants (NESHAPs), and U.S. Department of Transportation (DOT) inspections; industrial hygiene; surveying and cost estimating; asbestos/lead monitoring, testing, and abatement; technical writing; and construction project management.
Jeremiah Ash, Vice President of Operations
Mr. Ash has more than 13 years of successful management experience for more than 100 construction projects. His experience includes proven leadership in construction, contract management, project management, CMP method scheduling, and cost estimating for high-quality civil, commercial, and residential construction projects. Mr. Ash has extensive experience in design/build construction for various Government agencies including the US Army Corps of Engineers, US Air Force, and the Bureau of Land Management. The scope of these projects included demolition, underground utilities, sitework, roadwork, building as well as various types of civil construction. Mr. Ash has continually demonstrated his dedication to both quality and timely delivery of numerous projects within a defined budget.
Kathleen Truett, Vice President
Ms. Truett has over 18 years of successful business management experience that include the construction industry. In addition, she has over 20 years managing Human Resources activities that incorporate her tenure with the University of New Mexico. Her diverse work experience includes managing business activities, complex issues involving multi-location and multi-state entities, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and managing employee relations and employee benefits.
Billy Joe White, Quality Control and Safety Manager
Mr. White, a registered safety manager has 31 years of outstanding performance and customer satisfaction for quality service and safety management on more than 20 successful, completed construction projects, almost all of which have been on military installations. His diverse work experience includes health and safety audits and as an authorized OSHA Trainer (510), conducting 10 and 30 hour OSHA courses. In addition he served six years as a veteran in the Civil Engineering Squadron of the United States Air Force. He has received numerous client commendations for work quality, consistent work ethic, and attention to safety and detail. He possess, NM licenses GF09, GS08, GA01 and the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers Construction Quality Management Certificate.
Rob Valenzuela, Environmental Project Manager
Mr. Valenzuela has more than 10 years of experience in construction management, project management, estimation, and field experience. His experience includes regulatory compliance, contract procurement, environmental remediation, HAZmat , site assessment, and process and business development.
